Shipping

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Ready-to-Ship Items: All in-stock items are processed and shipped within [3–5] business days.

Preorders: Items marked as "Preorder" have unique shipping timelines. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated shipping windows. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.

Business Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Returns & Exchange Policy

To maintain the "Archived" nature of our collections, our return policy is as follows:

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Exchanges: Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, limited edition "Archived" drops, and intimate apparel are Final Sale.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Terms of Service

By purchasing from Archived Foundations, you agree to the following:

• Product Accuracy: We strive to display colors and textures as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Inventory: In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
